TV Stands Don’t Need to Be a Hassle
If you have a television set in your bedroom or living room, you are probably well aware of the fact that television stands are not the loveliest thing in any type of decor. It is something about a television stand that just gets in the way of the eye, and those that are pleasing to it are usually not so pleasing to the pocketbook.
Of course, rarely is there a television without one of the many different kinds of television stands to get in the way of everything. Luckily, there are ways to go about your home decor so that the furniture that holds your television set is hardly noticeable at all. Here are a few design ideas to get you started on calling the attention away from any of your mediocre television stands.
Go Floral in Your Home
Well, one doesn’t have to go with flowers but getting some kind of greenery in home, particularly in lighter areas such as a living room, can take away from distractions like a television stand. As a matter of fact, small trees work very well for this purpose as do flowers, potted plants, and other such items.
If you have flowers in a vase, those are only designed to last for a time, but flowers in a pot that you can tend to last much longer and grow much better and are an excellent way to start a design around even the very ugly TV stand.
Buy a Television Closet for the Bedroom
One of the places in which foul television stands are the hardest to hide is in the bedroom. If you have this problem but you are not really comfortable with putting your television on an end table or on top of the dresser, consider a television Ar moire.
A TV Ar moire is a wonderful method of hiding the TV when you are not watching it, and if you choose the correct one you can end up with an extremely pleasant piece of furniture to that a look at when the TV set is really hidden away as well.
